Abstract
Hyalomma marginatum is a hard-bodied tick found on animals. This tick has been implicated in the transmission of Bahig virus, a pathogenic arbovirus previously thought to be transmitted only by mosquitoes.

Abstract [Persian]
مقدمه و هدف: کنه ها از مهم ترین انگل های خارجی هستند که باعث ایجاد خسارت های اقتصادی شدیدی در نشخوارکنندگان شده و هم­چنین در انتقال عوامل ویروسی، ریکتیزیایی، باکتریایی و پروتوزوآیی نقش دارند. با توجه به افزایش مصرف آفت کش ها و هم­چنین بروز سریع مقاومت کنه ها نسبت به سموم شیمیایی و اثرات مخرب آن­ها بر محیط زیست انسان در نقاط مختلف دنیا  استفاده از ترکیبات جایگزین از داروهای گیاهی دارای اهمیت بسزایی می باشد. روش تحقیق: در این تحقیق اثر 6 ماده شامل عصاره های گیاهان ارس، گل مینای صخره زی، گل راعی دیهیمی و زرین گیاه و هم­چنین صمغ آنقوزه و باریجه در مقایسه با سم سایپرمترین بررسی شده است. در این آزمایش غلظت های مختلف شامل 1/0،  01/0،  و 001/0 درصد از هر کدام از عصاره ها و صمغ های گیاهی مذکور تهیه شدند و اثر آن­ها بر نوزاد کنه هیالوما مارژیناتوم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج و بحث:  نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که در نهایت از بین 6 گیاه مورد مطالعه، صمغ آنقوزه در غلظت 1/0 درصد بالاترین تأثیر و عصاره ارس و گل مینای صخره زی در غلظت 1/0 درصد در درجه بعدی تاثیر گذاری قرار داشتند. توصیه کاربردی/ صنعتی: باتوجه به نتایج این تحقیق می توان جهت تولید سموم ارگانیک ضد انگل و ضد کنه از گیاهانی نظیر صمغ باریجه و عصاره های برگ درخت اُرس و گل مینای صخره زی استفاده نمود.
